AQUA E-Coating 15ml – advanced elastomer coating

Elastomeric coating is an innovative and technologically advanced method in the world of automotive coatings. It is based on the unique chemical properties of elastomers and provides exceptional protection for various types of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, boats and airplanes. After hardening, the elastomer creates a flexible yet very hard membrane that has many advantages and is superior to ceramic coatings in many respects.

E-coating can be safely applied to all types of varnishes (gloss, satin), foils, rims, glass and plastic elements, and their thick layer provides maximum protection.

Elastomers are also very durable and provide hydrophobicity, which means they create a smooth, very slippery surface, making the car much less dirty and washing it a pure pleasure.

The properly cured UV coating does not require any maintenance or renewal, and its durability is at least 4 years.

COMMENTS

When applying above 18 degrees Celsius, apply without a suede cloth, only with the applicator, the applied layer should be thick and wet.

APP :

In the case of both new and used vehicles, we recommend machine paint correction, depending on the condition of the paint. The last stage is to degrease the varnish with isopropyl alcohol.

Application in spring and summer:

Open the product and apply a few drops of the coating on the applicator (without the suede cloth).

Select any element of the vehicle, e.g. the hood, and start rubbing the coating. Apply the coating using the crosswise method, the applied layer should be a wet layer (horizontal and vertical movements). Elements as large as the hood or roof should be divided into several parts.

Blend the coating again in the same place, using only the applicator, without adding any product.

After application, start sanding the coating immediately.

Remove excess coating with the first unused AQUA microfiber cloth.

Polish the paint to a streak-free shine using a second unused microfiber cloth.

Application in autumn and winter:

Open the product and apply a few drops of the coating to unused suede microfiber (from AQUA).

Select any element of the vehicle, e.g. the hood, and start rubbing the coating. Apply the coating using the crosswise method (horizontal and vertical movements). Elements as large as the hood or roof should be divided into several parts.

Blend the coating again in the same place, using the applicator alone, without adding any product.

Wait 15-30 seconds depending on application conditions.

Remove excess coating with the first unused AQUA microfiber cloth.

Polish the paint to a streak-free shine using a second unused microfiber cloth.
